What is Click & Collect?
Click & Collect is a free online delivery option where you can easily collect accessories and small items in-store. All our stores accept Click & Collect orders. However, if the items are heavy or bulky, you would not be able to choose the option of 'Click & Collect' when checking out. Please visit our store page to find your nearest location.

*Order before noon Monday to Saturday and collect in-store within 3 – 5 working days. If you want to pick up the orders as soon as possible, please contact us at onlinehk@indigo-living.com. Our Online colleagues will try to assist you.

What products are eligible for Click & Collect?
Click & Collect is available for all non-heavy & non-bulky items.

How does Click & Collect work?
If your order qualifies for Click & Collect, you’ll see this option in the delivery details section of the checkout process - you just need to select your nearest shop for pick-up.


What happens if I don’t pick up my order?
Your order will be kept for 5 days at the selected shop for your collection. We will give you a call as a reminder. In case you cannot pick up within 5 days, please email us at onlinehk@indigo-living.com to have your order delivered - additional charges may apply.

Where do I collect my order from?
Simply go to your selected Indigo Living store once you have received our confirmation that your order is ready. Any of our team will be happy to assist you with collection. Please ensure that you have your order confirmation as proof of purchase.

Can someone else collect my order?
Yes, they just need to bring your order confirmation email with them as proof of purchase.

How do I return Click & Collect items?
Please view our Return Policy.

When will I be able to collect my order?
We will send you an email once your order has arrived in-store and is ready for collection. Please do not go to the store for collection until you have received our email as your order may still be under preparation.
