HOW TO BECOME AN INDIGO VIP

(The NEW Indigo VIP Program will be effective and replace the old program as of the 15th August 2022)

Customers who spend $5,000 at any Indigo Living store or online over the course of 1 year will be entitled to join our Silver Program which will be valid for 1 year. In order to retain your status as a Silver member, a spend of $3,000 in the subsequent year(s) will be required. If the subsequent $3,000 spend is not attained in the expiry year, customers will forfeit their Silver status and privileges. If a Silver member accumulates a total spend of $25,000 or more they will be invited to become an Gold VIP member and subsequently enjoy the benefits and rewards associated with the Gold membership. terms and conditions of the Gold tier will then apply to retain membership).

Customers who accumulate a spend of $25,000 will be invited to join our Gold VIP tier. Rewards and benefits can be enjoyed for up to 1 year. In order to retain Indigo’s Gold VIP status, a spend of $5,000 in the following year(s) will be required. If the $5,000 spend is not attained in the expiry year, customers will automatically move into the Silver membership tier. For customers in the Silver tier who attain a spend of $75,000 or more, they will achieve Platinum VIP status and enjoy the benefits and rewards granted to that tier.

Customers who spend $75,000 or above at Indigo will be invited to become a Platinum VIP member for a period of 2 years. To retain the Platinum status, customers will be required to accumulate a spend of $20,000 in the following year(s). If the $20,000 spend is not achieved to retain Platinum status, customers will automatically move to the Gold VIP tier and can continue to enjoy Gold VIP benefits and rewards (terms and conditions of the Gold tier will then apply to retain membership).

For all Indigo VIP members, the ‘membership tier year’ begins at the date that they attain the tier level and does not run the calendar year of January to December. For example, if a member achieves Silver membership on the 16th November, 2022 they will be a Silver member until 15th November, 2023 and will have that year to acquire the $3,000 spend to retain and continue their Silver membership into 2024.

 

INDIGO ASPIRE GLOSSARY AND TERMS & CONDITIONS

YEAR ROUND DISCOUNT as an Indigo VIP member you will be entitled to a year-round discount based on your tier. Silver members can enjoy 10% off, Gold 15% off, and Platinum a 20% off discount. Discounts are not applicable to sales items, consignment, gift vouchers, service charges or custom made items.

UPGRADE CASH COUPONS* Upgrade Cash Coupons are applicable when an Indigo VIP member moves up to the next tier. Such as, Silver member becomes a Gold member or a Gold member becomes a Platinum member. Members who are upgraded during special campaigns are not entitled to cash coupons. Cash coupons cannot be redeemed for sale items, gift vouchers, consignment, and custom made items. WORKSHOP & EVENT INVITES Gold and Platinum VIPs will receive invites to exclusive workshops and events hosted by Indigo Living.

EXCLUSIVE PRE SALE IN-STORE AND ONLINE ACCESS Gold and Platinum VIPs will receive early bird access to sales both online and in-store.

COMPLIMENTARY DESIGN STUDIO SERVICES Silver, Gold, and Platinum VIPs will be able to enjoy our Indigo Design Studio’s professional interior design and styling services. Silver members can enjoy a free 1-hour consultation in-store, Gold members can enjoy a 2-hour consultation in-store and our Platinum members are entitled to a 2-hour consultation in the comfort of their own home. This reward for members are provided for one-time use only upon entry into any new VIP tier. Design studio consultations need to be made via appointment by emailing designconsultant@indigo-living.com and citing your member status.

PARTNER PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS & PRIVILEGES Gold and Platinum VIPs will be entitled to various partner promotions and privileges from time to time.
